Chocolate & Coffee blended in together can make any day better… Plus a homemade version that tastes better than store-bought one is always a winner.
I know its still cold, and an iced drink isn’t something that everyone would prefer, but its mostly sunny during the day and that is when I look forward to having one of these. I love the Mocha Frappuccino at Starbucks and I wouldn’t be lying if I said this tasted even better than that.
Two things that make this drink absolutely irresistible:
a. It takes not more than 5 mins to whip up in a blender.
b. I topped it with my favourite SPRINKLES to give it a slight twist and look how gorgeous it looks. Well, you can still go ahead with the traditional way and top it with some chocolate sauce though.
It looks soo tempting that I feel like making it again just looking at the pictures. Don’t you just want to slurp it down? Especially, with the addition of whipped cream and those colorful sprinkles…this drink is just irresistible. So what are you waiting for? Fill up the jar, pop the straw in, kick off the sandals and put your feet up!!
- ½ cup ice cubes
- ¾th cup freshly brewed & cooled coffee
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼th cup chocolate sauce or nutella (I added Nutella for that additional hazelnut flavor too)
- Whipped cream and sprinkles to top
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour it in a jar. Top it with whipped cream and sprinkles. And voila, your homemade mocha frappuccino is ready.
